This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to register the FIR based on the complaint dated 18.3.2015 and direct them to investigate the case and file the final report within a stipulated period.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that a case in Cr.No.247 of 2015 has been registered for the offences under Sections 294(b), 427 and 506(i) IPC, based on the complaint given by the petitioner herein.
