The writ miscellaneous petition has been filed for an extension of time for a period of six months from 01.02.2022 to 30.07.2022. The time has already expired as prayed for in the above writ miscellaneous petition.

2.Be that as it may, I am inclined to allow this writ miscellaneous petition with a slight modification by directing the petitioner to pass appropriate orders within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.Accordingly, this writ miscellaneous petition is ordered.
