This writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondents to upgrade the post of Secondary Grade Teacher of the petitioner as B.T.Assistant and approve the appointment of K.S.Nagabhushana Rao, B.Sc., B.Ed, as B.T.Assistant (Science) w.e.f.1.6.2002, with all consequential benefits as per G.O.Ms.No.79, dated 14.06.2002 and in the light of the judgment passed in WP(MD).No.1684 of 2005 dated 02.11.2006, in the case of R.PadmaSheela Rani Vs. State of Tamilnadu and others. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the representation submitted by the petitioner was considered and rejected. 2/4

Therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the rejection order in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
