ORDER

[Order of the court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.] This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to remove the encroachments made by the fourth respondent in the land comprised in New Survey No.230 in Perambalur District, based on his representation dated 05.09.2017 within a stipulated time.

When this matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition as the encroachments had already been removed.

However, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there are still some encroachments in the subject land and hence, liberty may be granted to the petitioner to approach the authorities concerned with fresh representation enclosing supportive documents to remove the said encroachments.

Granting such liberty to the petitioner, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
