..Respondent(s) Prayer: This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents herein to Survey/Measure the petitioner's lands measuring 0.33.00 hectares in S.F.No.188/12A situate at Pudur village, Sankagiri Taluk, Salem District by considering his E-Challan dated 21.11.2022.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent to direct the respondents to survey his land.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner has remitted requisite charges on 21.11.2022 for survey and

measure the his lands measuring 0.33.00 hectares in S.F.No.188/12A situated at Pudur Village, Sankagiri Taluk, Salem District. However, the same was not considered by the respondents, as on date. Hence, this writ petition.

3. In reply, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner's land will be measured by the respondent within a period of 4 weeks.

4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

5. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs the respondent to survey the land and fix the boundary stones in the subject property, as expeditiously as possible.
