ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents are present. It is stated that there was spontaneous expulsion of dead born fetus with placenta and membrane weighing 810 gms from the daughter of the petitioner herein. It is also stated that the daughter is stable as on 18.02.2023 and had been discharged on 18.02.2023 with suitable advise by the respondents herein.

I fervently hope that during the expulsion necessary sample had been taken from the fetus and it had been sent for DNA examination and would be used during the course of criminal trial.

Nothing further survives for adjudication. I must place my deepest appreciation to Ms.S.Sridevi, learned counsel for the petitioner and also to Mr.T.Seenivasan, learned Special Government Pleader for their assistance in this regard.
