Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of mandamus to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the petitioner's case for appointment to the post of Junior Training Officer based on the Employment seniority and educational qualification for the present recruitment for the year 2014 and 2015 in view of his representation sent on 31.07.2012 and 28.08.2015 within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.

By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.
2.The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the petitioner's case for appointment to the post of Junior Training Officer based on the Employment seniority and educational qualification for the present recruitment for the year 2014 and 2015 in view of his representation sent on 31.07.2012 and 28.08.2015 within the time limit stipulated by this Court. 3.According to the petitioner, he belongs to Scheduled Caste Community and he possessed a diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and a BE degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and he also registered the same in the fourth respondent Employment Exchange.
4.Now the grievance of the petitioner is that though the persons, who are juniors to him as per registration in the fourth respondent Employment Exchange, were sponsored by the employment exchange and were considered for appointment to various posts, his name was not sponsored and considered so far. Hence, he made a representation dated 28.08.2015 to the fourth respondent, which is yet to be disposed of.
5.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate who took notice for the respondents. 6.Considering the limited nature of the relief sought for herein, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the fourth respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.08.2015 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 7.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
