ORDER
Pursuant to the orders passed by this Court on 06.06.2019, the Inspector of Police is present before this Court along with Assistant Commissioner of Police, Ayanavaram. It was in the order by this Court that the postal communication was not properly handled in the police station and that there was no intention to evade the notice. 2.
A counter affidavit has also been filed by the Inspector of Police wherein it has been stated that pursuant to the orders passed by this court, the investigation was completed and a final report was also filed on 11.06.2019 before the V th Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore and the same has been taken on filed in C.C.No.4833 of 2019.

Taking into consideration the above development, no further orders need to be passed in this petition and consequently, this Contempt Petition is closed.
