This Civil Revision Petition has been filed challenging the order of dismissing the application filed under Order 23 Rule 1 r/w Sec. 151 of C.P.C. to withdraw the Suit.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for respondents submitted that, pending Civil Revision Petition, the main Suit itself is disposed of by the Trial Court.

3. Recording the submissions made by learned counsel appearing for Respondents that, since the main suit itself is disposed of by the Trial Court, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition in M.P. 1 of 2015 is closed.
