ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No. 189/2022 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Poonamallee.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent Police submitted that parties have compromised the matter and the charge sheet has already been quashed by this court in Crl.O.P.No. 5380 of 2025 vide order dated 28.02.2025. 3.

Recording the submission made by the learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
