ORDER

Today, when the matter came up for hearing, Ms.J.R. Archana, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police reported that the petitioner has been complied with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.35434 of 2025 vide order dated 26.12.2025 regularly.

2.In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.35434 of 2025 vide order dated 26.12.2025, are relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

3.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 10-02-2026 MSM To The Inspector of Police, Katpadi Police Station Vellore District Crime No. 445 of 2025.
