ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has filed

this writ petition to issue appropriate direction to the respondents 1 & 2 for taking action against the third respondent for illegally mining the sand from petitioner's property situated at S.No.209/3 & Government Property in S.No.209/2, situated at Chithiraiyur Village, Mannargudi Village Panchayat, Neendamangalam Taluk, Trivarur by considering his representation dated 16.09.2022.

2. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 would submit that based on the petitioner's representation dated 16.09.2022, enquiry was conducted and penalty was also imposed on the third respondent.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 2, nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication and the prayer has become infructuous.
