This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the 2nd respondent to register the complaint given by the petitioner against the persons named in the complaint dated 29.04.2015.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint dated 29.04.2015 lodged by the petitioner, the petition enquiry is pending before the 2nd respondent. He further submitted that the petitioner did not co-operate with the investigation.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the enquiry. The respondent police is also directed to conduct enquiry expeditiously and during the course of enquiry, if any https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.
