The criminal original petition has been filed to call for the records in Cr.No.751 of 2019 on the file of the T12 Poonamallee Police Station, Chennai, and to quash the FIR.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that after completion of investigation in Crime No.751 of 2019, the respondent Police closed the case as Further Action Dropped on 14.09.2020. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The respondent Police is directed to serve the copy of the closure report to the petitioner, if not served. So that the petitioner can file a protest petition before the concerned Court, if he desires so.
