The above miscellaneous petition is filed by the legal heirs of the deceased workman, to substitute them in the place of the deceased, who is the second respondent in W.P.No.6221 of 2023, filed by the Management.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and the learned counsel for the respondent having no objection in allowing the above miscellaneous petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for.
