This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 11 days in filing the Criminal Appeal against the impugned judgment dated 27/11/2024 passed in Spl.S.C.No.124/2022 against the petitioner/Appellant/1st Accused by the Learned Special Judge for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act at Tiruvannamalai.
