O R D E R

This court, by its earlier order, granted anticipatory bail to the accused with certain conditions. However, the accused did not comply with the conditions imposed by this Court. Therefore, this Court cancelled the bail vide order dated 20.11.2020 in Crl.OP.No.14598 of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Cont.P.No.496 of 2021 2020. Since the accused is not secured, the de facto complainant filed this Contempt petition before this Court.

2. This Court has already cancelled the bail of the accused vide order dated 20.11.2020. If the accused is not secured by the respondent police, it cannot be a ground to file a contempt petition before this court.

3. The contempt Petition is closed and liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out his remedy in accordance with law and the respondent police is directed to secure the custody of the accused.
