felled tree by the fifth respondent under a sham auction purportedly conducted on 26.11.2021.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the first respondent to initiate appropriate action on the petitioner's representation dated 29.11.2021 with regard to the felling of a healthy Kattuva tree located in Survey No.615, Uthukadu Village at Uthukadu Kootu Road, Walajabad Taluk, Kanchipuram District by name miscreants on 25.11.2021 and the consequential disposal of the felled tree by the fifth respondent under a sham auction purportedly conducted on 26.11.2021.
2. Heard Mr.R.Ravi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.J.Mohammed Sathik, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.
3. It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents that the representation of the petitioner dated 29.11.2021 has already been considered and the complaint lodged by the petitioner has been closed on the ground that the subject tree got uprooted due to heavy rains and there was no voluntarily felling down of the tree by miscreants. Since the complaint has already been closed, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition.
4. After recording the fact that the complaint lodged by the petitioner in his representation dated 29.11.2021 has been closed, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the said statement. No costs.
