O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent police to register a case on the complaint dated 13.12.2014, investigate the same and to file final report before the concerned Judicial Magistrate within a stipulated time. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has given a complaint dated 13.12.2014 to the 1st respondent.

3.Therefore, the petitioner is directed to give a fresh complaint to the 1st respondent and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into in accordance with law, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh & Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.
