Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to (i) Cancel the anticipatory bail granted by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.2037 of 2019 dated 28.01.2019 to the first petitioner and pass such further or other orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.APARNA, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.S.RAMACHANDRAN, Advocate on behalf of the 1st Respondents, and of MR.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the 2nd Respondents, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to cancel the anticipatory bail granted by this Court in Crl.OP.No.2037 of 2019 dated 28.01.2019 to the petitioner.

2. The learned Government Advocate(crl. Side) submitted that in Cr.No.14 of 2019, the second respondent filed final report and the same has been taken cognizance in CC.No.74 of 2019 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Sholinghur, which ended in acquittal by compounding the offence by order dated 04.11.2020. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
