ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus directing the first and second respondents to take necessary action against the fourth respondent towards petitioner's representation dated 03.06.2024.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the fourth respondent, who is working as a driver in the first to third respondents corporations has indulged in criminal activities, including abducting the petitioner and forcing to execute certain documents, etc.

3. When the petitioner made a representation to the respondents, it is for the respondents to look into the allegations and decide whether to take disciplinary action or not. Any person who sends a complaint does not get the concomitant right to insist that disciplinary action should be taken. It is within the domain of the respondents. Therefore, leaving it open for the respondents to consider the matter, the prayer in the writ petition cannot be countenanced.

4. In view thereof, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. 03.03.2025 nsl 2/4
