This petition has been filed to modify the condition passed in Crl.O.P.No.1198 of 2024 by its order dated 23.01.2024, specifically in Para 5(b) that the petitioner shall report before the learned II Metropolitan Magistrate Court at Egmore instead of the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police.

3.Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate, I am not inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as directed, until further orders. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
