The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made the following endorsement to that effect.

"The petitioner may be permitted to withdraw with liberty." 2.In view of the above submission and also the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. But however, it is to be noted that the petitioner had not included Sections 3(1)(w)(i), 3(2)(v) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities Act) Amendment Act, 2015, in the application seeking bail before the Trial Court and order has been passed without taken into consideration those provisions. 16.02.2024 ata Note : Registry may forward a copy of this order to the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Krishnagiri District.
