CMP.No.6539 of 2023 has been filed to condone the delay of 199 days in filing application to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the respondent Late.Palani Achari on 18.05.2020 in the above Civil revision petition.

2.CMP.No.6541 of 2023 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the respondent Late.Palani Achari on 18.05.2020 in the above Civil revision petition.

3.CMP.No.6544 of 2023 has been filed to bring on record the following legal representatives of deceased respondent Late.Palani Achari namely Devi, daughter of Late.Palani achari, aged about 36 years, residing at Vinayagar Street, Baiyarnatham, Pappreddipatti, Dharmapuri District, as respondent in the above Civil revision petition.

4.Heard the learned counsel on either side.

5.Satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the petitions, these petitions are ordered as prayed for.
