ORDER

The petitioner has filed this contempt petition for non-compliance of the order dated 18.07.2017 in W.P.No.36706 of 2004.

2.It is now represented by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent that the matter was placed before the Board. Thereafter, the Board considered the case and decided to implement the order of this Court dated 18.07.2017 in W.P.No.36706 of 2004.

3.The proposed resolution taken by the Board, vide Ref.TNSTC/Salem/DPI/WP/36706/ 2004, dated ...12.2017, reads as follows:

"Resolution Proposed:- 1.

"Resolved to approve and authorize the Managing Director to reinstate Thiru.G.Dharumarajan, ExDriver, Staff No: DR 6507 with continuity of service and other benefits, but without backwages as per the order of the Hon'ble Court of Madras in W.P.No.36706/2004 & 25002 & 2005, Dt: 18.07.2017 from the date of dismissal dated 18.09.2002.

"Resolved to approve and authorize the Managing Director to pay the arrears f wages if any to Thiru.G.Dharumarajan, Ex-Driver, Staff No:DR 6507 from 24.03.2004 i.e., the date of notification of the I.D. Award till the date of reinstatement and also to pay the salary on par with other

employees working in the same post as per the orders of the Hon'ble High Court of Madras in W.P.No:36706/2004 & 25002 & 2005, Dated 18.07.2017."

4.In view of the above, this Contempt Petition is closed.
