This petition has been filed to relaxation the condition para 5(b) imposed on the petitioners herein by this Court made in Crl.O.P.No.28661 of 2023 dated 05.01.2024.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police weekly once i.e., every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
