The petitioner in the main Writ Petition viz., N.Varadrajan since died on 20.09.2020, the legal heirs of him have come out with this petition to implead them as party petitioners in the main Writ Petition.

2. Heard, Mr.A.V.Bharathi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr.L.P.Shanmugasundaram, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. In view of the aforesaid stated facts, where the main petitioner is no more, the legal heirs have filed this petition to implead them as party petitioners in the main Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Petition is ordered.
