ORDER

The Writ Petition is taken up for hearing through Video Conferencing mode on account of COVID-19 pandemic situation.

2. The petitioner has sought for a direction to the respondent to sanction educational Loan to the tune of Rs.3,54,350/-, as requested by him on 10.8.2013. 3.

The academic year commenced in the year 2013 and ended in the year 2017, by which time, the student, for whom the financial assistance was sought for, would have completed the course.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondentBank also stated that the loan was not sanctioned, as the student has secured the seat not through counselling, but through the management quota.

As the course itself is completed, the Writ Petition has become infructuous. Hence, the same is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
