This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent to issue a corrected order in A.No.98/2016 (S.Z) and A.No.106/2017 by correcting the writ petition number as 11237/2017 instead of 1137/2017 wherever it appears in the order dated 13.07.2017, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 19.12.2017.
2. The petitioner is an Ex-serviceman. He filed an Application in A.No.106/2017 for permanent injunction restraining the authorities not to dispossess him from the land in Survey No.784/1, Neidhavoyal Village, Ponneri, Thiruvallur District. The Green Tribunal, Southern Zone, Chennai, has https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
disposed of the application in A.No.106/2017 along with the connected Application in A.No.98/2016, by order dated 13.07.2017, by referring the pendency of W.P.No.11237/2017. Subsequently, the said writ petition came to be disposed of this Court on 01.08.2017. While referring the case number in W.P.No.11237/2017 in the order dated 13.07.2017, the Green Tribunal Southern Zone, Chennai, due to typographical error, has referred the writ petition number as W.P.No.1137/2017. Since there is no Presiding Officers in the Green Tribunal, Southern Zone, Chennai, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking the relief as stated supra.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances, we direct the petitioner to file an application for amendment before the Green Tribunal, Southern Zone, Chennai, within a period of one week from today. On receipt of such application, the Green Tribunal, Southern Zone, Chennai, is directed to forward the same to the Green Tribunal, Principal Bench, within a period of one week thereafter, to pass appropriate orders to carry out necessary amendment in the order dated 13.07.2017 by the Principal Bench of Green Tribunal. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
