The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking extension of time granted by this court to pay the cost of Rs.1000/- to the Chief Justice Relief Fund, while allowing Crl.O.P.No.6411 of 2021 by order dated 28.4.2021.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that he is ready with a Demand Draft for depositing, however, since the time granted by this court had already lapsed, seeks for some more time to comply with the order of this court.

3. Recording the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the time granted by this court in Crl.O.P.No.6411 of 2011 for making deposit of the cost is extended by a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered accordingly.
