ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition 6(iv) with respect of deposit a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- imposed in Crl.MP.No.4269 of 2021 by an Order dated 01.12.2021 on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore. 2.After obtaining anticipatory bail accepting to deposit Rs.10,00,000/- within three months, the petitioner herein has moved this Court in the last minute to modify the said Order. 3.This Court on perusing the complaint against the petitioner and the Order passed by the Trial Court is of the opinion that the petitioner was not only alleged to have cheated the defacto complainant to the tune of Rs.19,00,000/- but also wants to hoodwink in Court by getting anticipatory bail giving undertaking that he will abide by the condition and inspite of granting three months time, instead of complying the condition, he wants to modify the condition.

4. This Court finds no merit in this petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, it is open to the respondent police to proceed as if no anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner.
