This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further order in the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.26065 of 2023 dated 16.11.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police weekly once i.e., every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of three weeks and thereafter as and when required.
