Read this in conjunction with and in continuation of earlier proceedings/order of this Court dated 20.03.2019. Most relevant part of the earlier proceedings/orders is paragraph 8, which reads as follows: '8.The aforesaid sum of Rs.70,509.80 (Rupees Seventy thousand five hundred and nine and paise eighty only) shall be deposited on or before 28.03.2019.'
2. Today, it is submitted by learned counsel for applicant that a sum of Rs.71,000/- (Rupees Seventy one thousand only) has been paid to the office of the Official Liquidator by way of a Demand Draft dated 26.03.2019 bearing No.040312 drawn on Axis Bank Ltd., Learned Deputy OL confirms the receipt of the aforesaid sum.
3. To be noted, it has been recorded in the earlier proceedings that this would show the bonafides of the applicant qua his intention to revive the company. This is recorded.
4. The Official Liquidator attached to the Karnataka High Court represented by Mr.Ajit Kumar Despande, learned counsel is before this Court and has brought on Board an application for condonation of delay of http://www.judis.nic.in 3,854 days.
