This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 09.01.2015 and to investigate the same.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the material placed on record.

3.On reading of the complaint, it is essentially a dispute between the members of the family with regard to the sharing of the properties. It is alleged that one of the legal heirs let out the family property to the third party and he is not sharing the rent. It is also seen that a case is pending with regard to this dispute between the members of the family in the Bombay Court. The issue essentially is civil in nature and it should be determined by a Civil Court only.

Under these circumstances, no positive direction can be given and the petition is closed, with a liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
