O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the F.I.R., in Crime No.599 of 2014 on the file of the 1st respondent Police.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's name not found in the F.I.R. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the 1st respondent Police submitted that investigation is still pending. 4.Heard both sides.

5.It is seen that the petitioner's name was not found in the F.I.R. Hence, the F.I.R., cannot be quashed. However, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

1st respondent Police is directed to complete the enquiry and file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If the petitioner's name is made out in the F.I.R., then the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report, if advised.

6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
