ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the fourth respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 07.01.2026, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2.The aforesaid representation was given by the petitioner Association to the fourth respondent for the usage of the property, morefully disclosed in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition for the public welfare. Earlier, an application filed by respondents 5 to 7 seeking for issuance of patta in their respective names for the very same property has been rejected by the fourth respondent. In view of the same, the petitioner Association is now seeking for usage of the very same property for the public welfare. Since the representation of the petitioner as stated supra has not been considered till date, this writ petition has been filed.

3.Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of respondents 1 to 4. Since no adverse order is being passed against respondents 5 to 7, notice to respondents 5 to 7 is dispensed with by this Court. 4.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representation as stated supra, is considered, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections of respondents 5 to 7 and any other third party whom the fourth respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.

6.For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the fourth respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 07.01.2026 seeking for usage of the property, morefully disclosed in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition for the public welfare, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner as well as after hearing the objections of respondents 5 to 7 and any other third party whom the fourth respondent deems

it fit to enquire, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
