This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying for a direction to the respondent to register a case in connection with above said complaint dated 28.04.2015.

2. Heard Mr.R.Kamaraj, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the said complaint of the petitioner was enquired and closed by the respondent police and also submitted that a copy of the closure report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
