12.01.2018 (in CMP.2621/2018) and (ii) pass an order of injunction restraining the 1st respondent herein his men, servants agents or anybody acting on behalf of him from further proceedings in the public auction either pursuant to the public auction dated 18.01.2018 and notice dated 12.1.2018 or by any means (in CMP.2622/2018) pending SA No.995/2009. Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the respective affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.SIVAJI, Advocate for the petitioners in both the petitions and of MR.I.ABRAR MOHAMMED ABDULLAH, Advocate on behalf of the 1st Respondent in both the petitions, the court made the following order:- At the request of the learned counsel for the respondent, this matter is adjourned to 28.02.2018.
