ORDER

When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Government Pleader produced the proceedings of the Tahsildar dated 15.10.2015, by which, appropriate orders have been passed for providing separate patta to the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that patta has not been issued to the petitioner, though order has been passed.

3. To the said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that patta has also been issued on 19.10.2015 and he produced a copy of the same. The said copy is also furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. In view of the same, the Contempt Petition is closed.
