Mr.I.Purushothaman, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.
2.The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the second respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.08.2017, wherein and whereby, she sought for extending the leasehold right of the property given to the petitioner, wherein, it is stated, that the petitioner is residing therein. 3.Mr.I.Purushothaman, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the request of the petitioner will be considered by the third respondent on its own merits and in accordance with law.
4.This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the concerned respondent viz., the third respondent herein to consider and decide. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of, by directing the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 01.08.2018 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
