This petition has been filed to bring on record the respondents 2 to 4 herein, the legal heirs of the deceased 1st respondent Ramasamy as the Respondents 3 to 5 in the above S.A.No.2063 of 2000. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the appellants and the learned counsel for the respondents.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petitions and since the respondents have given no objection in allowing this petition, this petition is ordered. 4.

The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title.
