Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Habeas Corpus calling for the entire records relating to the detention order passed by the second respondent pertaining to the order made in C3/D.O.No.016/2021 dated 29.01.2021 in detain the detenue under 2(b) of Tamil Nadu act 14 of 1982, as a GOONDA and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu Darvin @ Aakutti S/o.Ravikumar, aged about 21 years, who is detained at Central Prison, Vellore, before this Court and set him at liberty. ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by R.PONGIAPPAN, J] Petitioner is the wife of the detenu Darvin @ Aakutti S/o.Ravikumar, aged about 21 years,, who has been branded as 'Goonda' under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 and detained under orders of second respondent passed in C3/D.O.No.016/2021 dated 29.01.2021. Such order is under challenge herein.

2. Learned Government Advocate [Crl.side] would submit that the detention order passed against the detenu in C3/D.O.No.016/2021 dated 29.01.2021 on the file of the second respondent is revoked vide G.O.Rt.No.1702, Home, Prohibition and Excise (IX) Department, dated 15.04.2021 and produced a copy of the said order.

In view of the above, this petition is closed as it has become infructuous.
