This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying for a direction to the respondent to register FIR on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 29.05.2015.

2. Heard Mr.G.Punniyakotti, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that a case has been registered in Crime No.277 of 2015 for offence under Section 4(i)(k) of the TNP Act and final report has been filed in STC No.371 of 2015 and the accused pleaded guilty before the Judicial Magistrate, Uthiramerur.
