Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus calling for the records in Crime No.1766 of 2020 dated 21.11.2020 on the file of second respondent and direct the respondents 1 and 2 herein to produce the petitioner's daughter Bhavani, aged about 17 years, who is now under illegal custody of third respondent herein and hand over to the petitioner. [Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J] This petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondents 1 and 2 herein to produce the petitioner's daughter Bhavani, aged about 17 years, who is now under illegal custody of third respondent herein and hand over to the petitioner.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate [Crl.side] submitted that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

missing girl Bhavani was secured by the police on 07.07.2021 and was produced before the learned Judicial Magistrate I, Tambaram, who handed over custody to the Child Welfare Committee, who, in turn, handed over Bhavani to the petitioner.

Recording the same, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
