ORDER

The above petition is filed to punish the respondents under section 11 of the Contempt of Court's Act, 1971 for deliberate and willful disobedience of the order dated 12.11.2024 passed in W.P.No.32924 of 2024.

2. Pursuant to the orders passed by this Court in the above Contempt Petition, the patta has now been restored back in the name of the petitioner. That apart, today a sworn affidavit has been filed by the 1st respondent in which she has apart from tendering her unconditional apology also prayed that she be purged with the contempt as she has now complied with the order passed by this Court. The said affidavit is taken on file. The learned Special Government Pleader has given an undertaking that the survey shall be conducted within a period of two weeks from today.
