Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Modify the Order made in WP No.15772 / 2004 dated 21.07.2017 to the effect that, when the Petitioner seeks appointment LPG Distributorship and Retail Outlet in Chennai City as well as in any other location in Tamil Nadu, priority should be given to her.WP.15772/2004.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.RAJA, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.O.R.SANTHANAKRISHNAN Advocate for the 2nd &3rd Respondents the court made the following order:- This Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking modification of the order dated 21.07.2017 made in W.P.No.15772 of 2004 to the effect that when the Petitioner seeks appointment of LPG Distributorship and Retail Outlet in Chennai City as well as in any other location in Tamil Nadu, priority should be given to her.
