ORDER

Alleging violation of the order of this Court made in Crl.O.P.No.22839 of 2013, dated 06.02.2014, the present contempt petition was filed.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) filed a counter affidavit wherein, it has been stated that the

complaint given by the petitioner had been duly enquired into and the closure report dated 15.03.2014 had also been communicated to the petitioner, which was served on her on 17.03.2014.

3.In view of the order passed above, no further adjudication is necessary. The Contempt Petition is closed. However, in the earlier order itself this Court had made it clear that if the petitioner is aggrieved, it is open to her to work out the remedy, in the manner known to law.
