This petition has been filed to direct the respondents Police to register a case on the basis of the complaints given by the petitioner and daughter dated 18.3.2015 and investigate into the matter and submit a report to the Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.
Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the complaint dated 18.3.2015, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 16.6.2015.
