(Delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH,J) Instant Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for willful disobedience of the order dated 13/3/2018 made by this Court in W.A.No.285 of 2018.

2. Heard Mr.R.Ragavendran, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.R.Gowri, learned counsel for the respondents.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, through Video Conferencing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that as against the order of the Hon'ble Division Bench, SLP was filed, in which also contemnors were directed to make payment. 2/4

4. Acknowledgement furnished by the learned counsel for the contemnor, dated 4/8/2019 would show that the petitioner has received a cheque for a sum of Rs.22,03,750/- towards refund of 25% of the premium amount, as directed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, on 4/2/2019, in SLP (Civil) Diary No.(s) 35547/2018.
