O R D E R

Mr.B.Ram Prasath, learned counsel undertakes to file vakalat for R12 and R13.

2. Notice sent to R1 has been returned as " R1 passed away"( at the time of filing of this civil miscellaneous petition itself, R1 was no more) and his legal representatives - Smt.Saraswathy( R1) and his son, R.Sivakumar (R2) are already on record as respondent Nos.1 and 2 in this appeal.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent Nos.2 to 5 and the learned counsel for the respondent No.6.

4. Accepting the averments made in the petition, this petition shall stand allowed on payment of costs of Rs.500/- payable in favour of the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, Chennai on or before 08.07.2025.

Failing which, this petition shall stand automatically dismissed without any further reference to this Court.
